The Space
Located on the upper ground floor of a building,this 75sq m appartment is decorated with a lot of attention and all new furniture.
The property has autonomous central heating during the winter, 24-hour hot water, and air-conditioning in every room for the hot days of summer.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom,kitchenet and living room with indoor electric fireplace.
The first bedroom has 1 queen size bed, 1 drawer , 1 open closet and 1 working table.
The second room consists of a semi-double bed, a sofa bed,1 drawer and 1 open closet.
Both rooms are spacious and well decorated to provide comfort and homey atmosphere during your stay.
A WiFi private line is available as well as a smart TV with netflix in every room.
The cozy living room with electric fireplace and stone cladding is integrated with the dining room and kitchen and gives the visitor the feeling of warmth and tranquility.
The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed that can accommodate 2 persons.
The appartment can accommodate up to 6 people and it is ideal for couples, families, friends and business travelers.
The spacious bathroom is completely renovated and equipped with a washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker, hobs, fridge, microwave and a toaster as well as a coffee machine. Plates, bowls, pots and pans are also provided so you can prepare your own meal and hot drinks in the comfort of your home away from home.

About your transportation:
There are three alternatives to get to the apartment from the airport:
1. Take the metro from the airport to Syntagma Station (M3 metro line, every 30’, travel time 40’, 10 euro per person) or the bus from the airport to Syntagma square (line X95, every 20’, approx. travel time 55’, 6 euros per person). Then take a taxi to the apartment. It costs 4.00-5.00 euros if it is until 24.00.
2. Take the M3 metro or X95 Bus from the airport to Syntagma Station then cross Amalias Ave. and take a 2, 4, 5 or 15 Trolley and get off at Polytecheiou stop, and walk approx. 2 min. to the apartment.
3. You may always take a taxi and for your convenience, and to begin your journey in style, we would like to let you know that there is always available a pick up service upon request via a partner company that can quickly and safely transport you home within half an hour to 35 minutes. There is a discount price for you.
For those who need a transportation, please let us know in advance and we would be glad to arrange it. Please let us know your exact arrival time, flight number, port and terminal.

Upon arrival all guests must provide passport or other official Identity (tax registration no.) as required by the Greek Government for short-term leases. That information shall be given exclusively to official agencies and not be used for any other purpose.

I stayed at Aphrodite's place for two and a half months during my stay in Athens.
The aparment has been recently renovated and proved to be very comfortable with every amenity possible. The heating system was excellent throughout a cold winter. The kitchen was spacious and the bedrooms were far larger than any other apartment I have visited. The location was convenient with Victoria Station a 5min walk and supermarkets and bakeries around the corner. There is free street parking right outside that was a god send. Aphrodite was an excellent host and gifted me a basket of local food and drinks on arrival.
I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a value-for-money home in the citt centre for both long and short term stays.

Where will you be

In the center of Athens, only 2 min walk to the Archeological Museum and bus/trolley stops, 5 min walk to Omonia metro station (M2 red line) to Acropolis, 10 min walk to stores, cafes, restaurants, bars and galleries your stay will be an unforgettable experience!
Furthermore, it is about 3 minute walk away from the largest public park in Athens, “Pedion tou Areos”.
Getting around
The location of the building in respect of public transport, as well as the short distance from the heart of the historic city center and the central points of tourist interest, is a big advantage.
It will take you 4-5 minutes walking to Omonoia metro station (M1 (green line) and M2 (red line) to Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum) and all central bus and trolleybus stops are about 1-2 minutes on foot if you decide to walk along the narrow streets of Plaka and Monastiraki with the Flea Market.
The National Archaeological Museum is a 1–2-minute walk. Taking the underground at the Omonoia station, The Acropolis and the new Acropolis Museum, along with other museums such as The Byzantine, Benaki Museum, Modern Art, Monetary Museum of Athens and most of the Athens sightseeing and attractions are all less than seven-minute metro ride away (2 stops).
Use the M3 line (blue line) to reach the Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos and M1 (green line) which takes you right to the front of Piraeus harbour.
Also 3 minutes far from the house and right in front of the “Pedion tou Areos” park is the line with destination to Rafina harbour and Sounion (the Tample of Poseidon).
You can park in the street or use private parking spaces upon payment nearby.
